What You'll Do


As a Implementation Specialist at BambooHR, you will partner with our clients who are HR and business leaders from around the world. You will help our clients onboard our HR software to their organization through successful training and teach them how to utilize it to best meet their needs. Because of this, we refer to our Implementation Specialist as HR Project Managers internally. In this role, you will become our clients’ hero as you illustrate how BambooHR will set them free to do great work. As a member of our Implementation team, you will build close relationships with both clients and colleagues as you become an expert in your work and excel in your job tasks, which include: 


  • Communicating effectively with HR and business leaders around the world, through exceptional client relationships 
  • Importing client data into their new accounts to set them up for success
  • Providing insight and clarification to clients’ questions to help them utilize and love our software 
  • Continual learning about HR processes, functions and software to provide the best customer service to our clients
  • Doing your best, focused work during a set schedule, Monday through Friday  


What You Need to Get the Job Done


  • You live within the state of Utah (This is a must!) and are open to in-office training for the first 90 days
  • Professional experience in a customer service related role
  • A dedicated at-home workspace, free from distraction with high-speed, reliable internet
  • The ability to effectively communicate through both written and verbal skills 
  • The proven ability to learn software programs with the snap of a finger 
  • Experience manipulating data in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent problem solving and time management skills
  • The ability to let high-stress situations roll off your back
  • The ability to type 60+ words per minute
