What You'll Do

Working with cool leads from our SDR team and marketing efforts, our Mid-Market Account Executives have the chance to focus their attention and efforts on building relationships with clients and really highlighting the value of the product.  You’ll speak with HR professionals, department leaders, executives and CEOs from around the world and illustrate to them the difference that BambooHR can make in their organization and the ROI it can provide. Our process has proven to be successful for B2B SaaS sales and with uncapped commissions and leaders who care, you’ll find that your growth potential at BambooHR is endless and truly in your own hands.

As a Mid-Market Account Executive at BambooHR, you’ll be given the support and trust to do great work while also being coached by some of the best sales professionals the industry has to offer. If this sounds like something you’ve been looking for, here’s what you can expect in the day-to-day. As a Mid-Market Account Executive at BambooHR, you will:

  • Manage any sized SMB leads (up to 2,000 employees) sent over from the SDR team
  • Contact white-paper leads to find prospective clients
  • Identify and qualify other SMB prospects by phone and email (no cold-calling)
  • Conduct sales via web conference and phone (no travel necessary)
  • Work full-time, Monday-Friday (no nights or weekends)

What You Need to Get the Job Done

  • Have 1-3 years of SaaS sales experience with SalesForce and GoogleSuite
  • Experience with an outbound motion and cold calling (prospecting/hunting)
  • Can easily create, grow, organize, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline 
  • Have the proven ability to lead complex deals with multiple stakeholders 
  • Have a clear track record of exceeding expectations and being successful in your past sales roles
  • Can clearly articulate our value proposition to SMBs via webinars, online demos, phone, and email
  • A pro at  collaboration, persuasion, and negotiation
  • Highly self-motivated and have a passion to continually progress and grow
  • Communicate really well both verbally and in writing
