What You'll Do


Our Payroll Support Team is comprised of a fantastic group of caring and authentic people who live for open and genuine connections with others! We love our clients and want them to feel successful and empowered to elevate the Payroll experience at their own company. We know people matter, and that is exactly why we strive to create magical moments with our clients each and every day. As a Client Support Specialist for our Payroll Product, you'll have the opportunity to work on the forefront supporting our payroll software and be the primary contact for small and medium-sized business clients in every industry. You'll be able to hone your troubleshooting skills, get exposure and knowledge of the payroll and HR field, and be a positive influence for businesses all over the world. Sounds pretty cool, right? Well let's jump into the day to day:


You will:

  • Provide exceptional email and phone support for customers that love our software
  • Provide solutions to questions regarding deductions, garnishments, the BambooHR payroll software, etc. (if you don’t already know this, don’t worry, we’ll teach you!)
  • Research solutions to challenging problems our clients face
  • Help clients integrate and utilize the software in the best way possible
  • Do your best, focused work, Monday through Friday (no weekends!)


What You Need to Get the Job Done

If you’re passionate about providing exceptional service and would like to learn (or have some experience in) payroll, this is a great start. Also, if you have experience in credit unions, accounting, finance, statistics, or other related fields, payroll may come naturally to you. Here’s what we’re looking for:


  • Live in the state of Utah 
  • Passion for customer care and have the ability to champion high levels of client satisfaction
  • Desire to learn payroll (if you already have some payroll experience, we have a place for you too!)
  • Articulate and concise in both written and oral communication
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy (you’ll need to become familiar with a lot of different software) 
  • Ability to shift between tasks with ease
  • Ability to type 60+ words per minute
